Questions
What's the difference between monthly and one-time?
Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime. One-time plans give you fixed access for 30 days with no recurring charges.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. For monthly plans, changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated for the difference. You can also add a one-time plan alongside your subscription. For downgrades, please contact support.
Can I use the API in production?
Absolutely. All plans, including the trial, work in production. Paid plans include 99.9% uptime SLA and dedicated support.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee. Monthly plans include a minimum commitment period, so if you request cancellation before that period ends, your access continues until the commitment end date and billing continues through that date. After that, the subscription ends. One-time plans simply expire.
Can I buy multiple one-time plans?
Yes — you can hold multiple active one-time purchases at the same time, up to 5 per month. You can also combine a one-time purchase with a monthly subscription. When making API requests, quota is consumed in this order: trial first, then one-time purchases (oldest expiry first), then your monthly subscription.
